- Why should I add SafeGuard Pro protection?
SafeGuard Pro provides peace-of-mind with added protection for the products you love. We offer an affordable, stress-free protection plan so your products are covered even after the manufacturer warranty expires. This means you don’t need to worry about potentially high repair costs in the future. - When does the coverage start?
The coverage starts on the day the manufacturer warranty expires, which is typically one or two years. If the plan includes accidental damage protection, the coverage starts on the day your product is delivered. - How can I file a claim?
You can easily file a claim through our 24/7 chatbot, via Telegram chat, email, or our contact form. In either case, no paper receipts or warranty cards are required. - What info is required to file a claim?
When filing a claim with SafeGuard Pro, you simply provide your contract ID (included in the confirmation email that you received from support@anycover.co on the day of purchase) and tell us about the product issue. - How long does it take until a claim is resolved?
Usually, we will acknowledge your claim within one day and arrange for either repair or replacement within two days, so that you can get a functioning product back as fast as possible! - What if I need to return my product?
If you decide to return your product, the merchant will return the money you paid for the protection plan. Depending on how much time has passed since your purchase, SafeGuard Pro will issue a refund. - Can I add SafeGuard Pro protection after the purchase?
Yes, you can add SafeGuard Pro protection for your product from eligible merchants within 21 days of purchase. Just drop us an email and we will provide you with a link to add on the desired coverage for your product. - What about product issue during the manufacturer warranty period?
In this case, please reach out to the customer service of the manufacturer or the merchant from whom you bought the product. We are happy to assist you with that in case you don’t have a contact.
